| The Firm place special emphasis on selection of manpower and has never faced any problem in getting the right men. The special training is being imparted to the selected workforce before placing them on works. The Firm has on its rolls One Manager, Three Enginners, Six Supervisors, Twenty-Four Technicians, Ninety-Six Helpers and ten other staff members to take care of operations. Our main focus is to maintain cordial relationship with the work force by providing them healthy atmosphere and an opportunity to grow. The Firm is a registered SSI unit. The facility is having a No Objection Certificate from Pollution Control Department and is registered under Excise Act, Factories Act, ESIAct, EPEAct and Service Tax Act.
Kalpa's Quality Management System has been recommended by JAS-ANZ(VNZ is accredited by JAS-ANZ) for Certification to ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 14001: 2004 i.e. International Quality Management System and Environment friendly Management System respectively.
